UDOIT™ Privacy Policy

Last Updated: May 29, 2026

UDOIT, Inc. (“UDOIT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the UDOIT mobile application and related services (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address, username, age (exact), gender, country, and optional profile photo. You may also optionally add a bio and social media handles (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) to your profile.

Onboarding Information

During onboarding, we ask questions about how you heard about us, your fitness motivations, preferred workout times, activity level, and related preferences. These responses are collected anonymously and are not linked to your individual account. They are used only in aggregate to inform product research and development decisions.

Notification Preferences

Your notification preference (such as daily, weekly, or weekend reminders) is collected during onboarding and stored in your account to send you activity reminders. You can update this preference at any time in your app settings.

User Content

All content you post or share within the Service — including videos, comments, and profile information — is visible to other users by default. Please be mindful of the information you choose to share. Content you post may be copied, shared, or redistributed by others outside the Service.

Camera and Motion Data

The Service uses your device camera and motion sensors to enable gameplay features and real-time performance scoring. Camera input and motion data are processed in real time on your device and are not stored by us unless you choose to share content within the Service. Camera access is only used for gameplay and is never used for identity recognition or authentication.

Device and Usage Information

We automatically collect technical information such as device type, operating system, app version, crash reports, usage patterns, session data, general location (country or region), and device identifiers. These identifiers may be used for analytics, advertising delivery, and fraud prevention.

Contact Form Information

If you contact us through the in-app contact form, we collect your first name, last name, email address, and message content in order to respond to your inquiry.

Verification Information

When using two-factor authentication, you may optionally provide a phone number to receive a verification code. This number is used solely for account security purposes.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service

  • Enable gameplay features and real-time performance scoring

  • Display user-generated content and public profiles

  • Send activity reminders based on your notification preferences

  • Improve performance, reliability, and user experience

  • Conduct aggregate product research and inform future development

  • Deliver and measure advertising, including personalized advertisements

  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues

  • Send service-related notifications and operational communications

  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

3. AI and Automated Features

The Service uses artificial intelligence and automated processing to analyze your movement via your device camera and provide real-time gameplay scoring. This AI scoring is provided for entertainment and gameplay purposes only. It is not a fitness assessment, medical evaluation, or professional recommendation of any kind, and should not be relied upon as such.

AI-generated scores and outputs may not be fully accurate or reflect actual physical performance. We may use interaction data from these features to operate, improve, and monitor the Service.

4. Analytics

We use third-party analytics providers to understand usage trends, diagnose technical issues, measure performance, and improve functionality. These providers may collect device information, identifiers, and usage data to measure performance, prevent fraud, and improve the Service.

5. Advertising

We display advertisements within the Service through Google AdMob and other third-party advertising partners. Advertisements may be personalized based on your device identifiers, usage data, and other signals collected through the Service and from third-party sources, where permitted by applicable law.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or other regions that require consent for personalized advertising, you will be presented with a consent banner before personalized ads are shown. You may withdraw or update your consent at any time through your app settings.

You may limit the use of your advertising identifier for personalized ads through your device’s privacy or advertising settings (for example, by responding to Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt or enabling “Limit Ad Tracking” on iOS). If you opt out, Google AdMob will not use your device’s advertising identifier in ad requests. You may still see ads, but they will be less personalized.

We do not sell your personal information in exchange for direct monetary compensation. However, because we share device identifiers and usage data with advertising partners for personalized advertising, some applicable laws — including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) — may classify this as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. California residents have the right to opt out of this. See Section 11 (Your Privacy Rights) for how to exercise this right.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

All subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed exclusively through Apple’s App Store. UDOIT does not collect, access, or store your payment card information. All billing, payment security, and transaction records are governed by Apple’s privacy practices and terms of service.

Subscription management, including cancellations and refunds, is handled entirely by Apple. UDOIT does not have the ability to process refunds directly.

7. Social Features and Public Content

The Service includes social features that allow users to create public profiles and share content. All content you post or share within the Service is visible to other users by default. Please exercise caution when sharing personal information, as content may be viewed, copied, or redistributed outside the Service.

8. Communications

We may send service-related communications such as account updates, security alerts, technical notices, and operational messages. These communications are necessary for the functioning of the Service. You can manage notification preferences through your device or app settings.

9. Account Deletion and Data Retention

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. Upon account deletion, your personal information, profile data, user-generated content, UCoins balance, and gameplay history will be permanently deleted from our active systems and cannot be recovered.

Please note that deleting your UDOIT account does not automatically cancel any active subscription. You must cancel your subscription separately through Apple’s App Store before deleting your account to avoid continued billing.

Certain information may be retained as necessary to comply with legal obligations, maintain security, prevent fraud, and support the operation of the Service. Aggregated or anonymized data that does not identify you may be retained indefinitely.

10. How We Share Information

We may share information with trusted service providers that perform services on our behalf, including cloud hosting, analytics, customer support, and advertising services. These providers are authorized to use information only as necessary to provide services to us.

We may also disclose information:

  • To comply with legal obligations or lawful requests

  • To protect the rights, safety, or property of UDOIT, users, or others

  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets

  • With your direction or consent

11. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Most account and profile information can be updated directly within the app. For information that cannot be edited in-app, you may contact us to request a correction or deletion.

You may also:

  • Manage device permissions (camera, notifications) through your device settings

  • Limit personalized advertising by responding to Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt or adjusting your iOS advertising settings

  • Update your notification preferences within the app

  • Withdraw consent for personalized ads (EEA users) through your app settings

  • Request deletion of your account and associated data through the app

California Residents: Under the CCPA, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and share, the right to request deletion of your personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (including for personalized advertising purposes). To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 17.

EEA, UK, and Other Regions: If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region with applicable privacy laws, you may have additional rights including data portability, the right to object to certain processing, and the right to restrict how your data is used. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 17. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

12. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service may allow you to connect or link social media handles and may integrate with or reference third-party services and platforms. UDOIT is not responsible for the privacy practices, data handling, or content of any third-party services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access through or in connection with the Service.

14. Children’s Privacy

The UDOIT Service is intended only for users aged 13 and older. The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

15. International Data Transfers

UDOIT is based in the United States. Information may be processed and stored in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Data protection laws in those jurisdictions may differ from those in your location. Where required by law, we take steps to provide appropriate safeguards for cross-border data transfers.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will revise the “Last Updated” date and, where required, notify you within the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
